I kept it simple, so there aren't a million of them here. If you don't find the answer you're looking for, feel free to message me using the form below or reach out directly on Instagram.

Why whimsy-stufff?

For a long time, I've been thinking about how to connect my two projects—Tina Stufff and Délia Soulwork—into one shared space. The word whimsy captures best what I create: playfulness, imagination, a touch of magic, and things born from intuition and the joy of creating.

You may have also noticed the unusual spelling of the word Stufff. Yes, I know it would grammatically be written with just one "f". That's exactly why I chose three—they symbolize uniqueness and serve as a reminder that these are not just ordinary "things." Each piece carries a story, symbolism, and a personal intention.

At the same time, the word stufff reflects the variety of what you can find here—not only jewelry, but also other small pieces meant to bring joy, inspiration, or a little bit of magic into everyday life.

How does this website work?

This website serves as both a portfolio and a small studio of my handmade products, where you can browse and choose pieces that are currently available.

It is not a large-scale e-shop. Most products are made in very limited quantities—often as a single original piece, or at most 1–2 pieces within limited collections. Sold-out items are gradually removed from the website, so you'll mainly see what is currently available. However, if something you liked is no longer in stock, feel free to message me—I'll gladly try to create something similar (though not an identical copy, to preserve the uniqueness of each piece).

Since these are handmade products (especially soldered jewelry and polymer pieces), small imperfections are part of the process. I am not a machine, and my designs are often intentionally asymmetrical or more raw, to highlight their authentic, human-made character.

New collections and products are usually announced in advance on Instagram, where you can follow my two projects:

@delia.soulwork – spirituality, crystals, symbolism, and deeper meanings
@tina.stufff – bolder collections inspired by films, music, and alternative aesthetics

I create alongside my work and university studies, which means new collections and products are released mainly when I have the space to create. I want every piece to come from joy and inspiration—not pressure.

About prices

The prices of my jewelry vary depending on the complexity of the design, the materials used, and the time each piece requires. In general, soldered jewelry and polymer pieces are more demanding to create, which is why they tend to be more expensive than simpler necklaces. On the other hand, some more intricate necklaces with multiple chains and components can have a similar price, as they involve many details and materials.

The price also often depends on the elements used—such as minerals, pearls, ceramics, or special components.

From time to time, I share discount codes or collaborations on Instagram.

How do I pack my orders?

The packaging of your order may vary slightly depending on which collection you order from—whether it's Tina Stufff or Délia. Each has a slightly different aesthetic, but I always aim to make the packaging thoughtful, so that unboxing becomes a pleasant part of the overall experience. If your order includes products from both collections, they are usually packed together in one package.

When packing, I try to use mostly recycled materials such as boxes, paper, or cardboard. If needed to protect the jewelry during shipping, I also use protective filling (such as bubble wrap), which I usually reuse from previous packages.

Tina Stufff packaging:
Orders from the Tina Stufff collection usually include a hand-drawn envelope sealed with wax, a care card with information about the jewelry, and a business card with a small gift.

Délia packaging:
The Délia collection has a more natural and spiritual aesthetic. Jewelry is often packed in a woven or soft pouch, and the order may include a small mineral or symbolic stone.

For soldered jewelry or pieces made from surgical steel, I usually include a cleaning cloth and a velvet pouch so the jewelry can be safely stored.

Since this is a small handmade studio, some packaging details may vary slightly depending on what I currently have in stock. Card colors may occasionally change, and stickers are always different.

Payment options

At the moment, my website does not offer a traditional payment gateway. Instead, I use a Revolut payment link, which works very similarly and is fast and secure.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a payment link where you can pay via:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • credit/debit card (by entering your card details)

The payment is 100% secure, and the funds are usually received almost instantly—even for international payments.

Bank transfer is also available. All the necessary details will be included in your confirmation email, but please note that the payment may take a few days to arrive, especially for international banks.

For customers from Slovakia and the Czech Republic, cash on delivery is also available for an additional fee of €2. This option is handled exclusively via Packeta. If the parcel is not collected, a fee of €7 for packaging and shipping will need to be covered. ✨

Shipping (Slovakia, Czech R., Hungary, Romania)

Slovakia

  • Slovak Post – standard delivery: €3.50
    delivery approx. 2–3 working days

  • Slovak Post – priority (first class): €4.50
delivery usually the next day after dispatch (weekends not included)

  • Packeta: €3.50

I usually recommend Packeta, as shipments are insured and in case of loss, the carrier compensates the value of the parcel. Shipments via Slovak Post do include a tracking number, but based on my experience, lost or damaged parcels are not always reimbursed.

Czech Republic

  • Packeta: €4.50
    delivery approx. 2–3 working days

Other countries (Packeta)

  • Hungary and Romania: €5

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 working days after receiving payment.

International shipping

I currently offer international shipping to most countries, with the exception of the USA, where I do not ship at the moment. This may change in the future.

Delivery & tracking:
All international orders are sent as registered mail via Slovak Post, which means every parcel has a tracking number that allows you to check its location at any time.

Shipping cost:
The price depends on the destination country, parcel weight, and delivery method. The exact cost is always shown before confirming your order.

Estimated prices & delivery times:

  • Europe (other countries): Slovak Post – approx. €8
Delivery usually takes around 1 week, but may vary depending on the country.

  • Outside the EU: Slovak Post – usually around €10
The exact price depends on the specific country and can be уточnenа upon order. Delivery may take around 2 weeks or longer, depending on local postal services and customs processes.

Once the parcel has been shipped, the carrier (Slovak Post) is responsible for its delivery, so I cannot influence possible delays, customs checks, or loss during international transport. In some countries, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply, which are always the responsibility of the recipient.

All shipments are registered and include a tracking number, so you can follow them online at any time.

If you have any questions about shipping to your country, feel free to contact me—I'll be happy to уточнить the details for you.
