1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller (Whimsy-Stufff) and the buyer (customer) in the sale of handmade jewelry created within therapeutic creative workshops.
1.2. The Tina Stufff e-shop represents a creative project that is not focused on wholesale activity, but on producing jewelry in limited quantities, with an emphasis on therapy and supporting the resocialization process.
1.3. The buyer acknowledges that all jewelry is unique, handmade, and may slightly differ from product photos due to its individual nature.

2. Orders and Payment Terms

2.1. Orders become binding once confirmed by the seller via email.
2.2. Payment methods:

Bank transfer
Secure payment via link
Cash on delivery (only for ready-made products, +€2)

2.3. Custom orders require full payment in advance, as they are personalized products made according to the buyer's specifications.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping options and prices:

Slovakia: Slovak Post (€3.50), Packeta (€3.50)
Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania: Packeta (€4.50)
Europe: Slovak Post (€8)
Outside Europe: Slovak Post (approx. €10 – individual pricing)

3.2. All parcels are sent as registered shipments with tracking numbers.
3.3. Lost parcels: If a package is lost during shipping, the seller will file a claim with the carrier. After resolution, the full amount including shipping will be refunded to the buyer.

4. Complaints and Repairs

4.1. Complaints are accepted in the following cases:

The jewelry was damaged during shipping – the buyer is entitled to a free repair or replacement
Lost parcel – refund after the carrier approves the claim

4.2. Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

If you simply no longer like the item
If the item was damaged due to improper handling (e.g., dropping on a hard surface, exposure to water or chemicals)

4.3. Repairs:

Minor damage from regular wear (e.g., a loose ring connection) can be fixed by the buyer
For more serious damage, the buyer can send the jewelry for repair – repair is free, but shipping costs are covered by the buyer

5. Jewelry Care

5.1. The buyer is responsible for proper care of the jewelry depending on the material.

5.2. Fashion jewelry components:

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals
After wearing, wipe with a soft cloth and store in a dry place

5.3. Surgical steel and platinum:

Durable, but it is recommended to minimize contact with chemicals to maintain shine

5.4. Tin and silver:

Avoid saltwater, chlorine, and cleaning agents to prevent oxidation

5.5. Minerals and glass:

Fragile – may break if dropped on a hard surface

6. Collaborations

6.1. Influencer collaborations:

Only with individuals 18+, as an agreement is required
If conditions are not met, the seller has the right to request payment for provided products
The seller reserves the right to decline collaboration

6.2. Event collaborations:
If you would like to invite me to an event, please contact me at least 3–4 weeks in advance so I can prepare enough pieces.

Date and location of the event
Event theme (if relevant)
What is provided vs. what I need to bring
Participation fees

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1. Personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment purposes.
7.2. Only necessary data is collected:

Name and surname
Email address
Phone number (if required for delivery)
Shipping address
Payment details (bank transfer, PayPal)

7.3. Data is secured and not accessible to unauthorized persons.
7.4. The buyer has the right to:

Request deletion of their data after order completion
Request correction of inaccurate data

8. Final Provisions

8.1. As Whimsy-Stufff is a therapeutic project within a resocialization activity, no warranty is provided in accordance with commercial law.
8.2. Each piece of jewelry is a handmade original, and minor differences from product photos may occur.
8.3. These Terms may be updated at any time, with the latest version always available on the e-shop. ✨
