📦Damaged Jewelry?

If you receive a damaged piece of jewelry, please don't hesitate to contact me so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Together, we'll find the best solution—whether it's a repair, replacement, or refund.

Lost Shipment or Long Delivery Time?
If your package hasn't arrived within 7 days of shipment (for SK CZ countries), please let me know. Packeta shipments are recommended and insured, so in case of loss, I will file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is approved, I will refund your money, including shipping costs, directly to your account.

Claims and Refunds
To process a claim, you can use the form below. For faster processing, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If your necklace breaks

If your necklace breaks, the first step is to determine the material it's made from:

🔹 Costume jewelry necklaces – These are a bit more delicate, and it's possible that a component may come loose or open. Usually, it's a ring link that you can easily close or replace yourself – just like replacing a pendant.

🔹 Surgical steel necklaces – These are much more durable, but if damage occurs, feel free to contact me.

📦 Necklace Repair
If the damage is more severe, you can send the necklace to me for repair. The repair itself is free, but you'll cover the shipping costs.

⚠️ Important: I do not repair necklaces that have been damaged due to improper handling (e.g., excessive pulling, exposure to water or chemicals).

If you have any questions regarding repairs, don't hesitate to contact me! 💌😊

Care for Fragile Jewelry (Minerals & Glass)

Some jewelry pieces are more delicate than others, so it's important to handle and care for them properly, especially if they include the following materials:

💎 Minerals and glass
If your jewelry contains minerals or glass elements, please keep in mind that these materials are fragile and may break if dropped. Unlike plastic components, they require more careful handling, so it is recommended to store them in a safe place and avoid strong impacts.

🔹 Tin jewelry
Tin does not break easily, but it is still a softer metal compared to silver or gold. If the jewelry is frequently dropped or hits a hard surface, it may break – especially if it has thinner parts or sharp edges (spikes). This is completely normal and is not considered a manufacturing defect. The same applies to polymer jewelry.

📦 Damaged during delivery?
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to contact me – we will find a solution, whether it's a repair or a replacement.

With proper care and gentle handling, your tin, mineral, and glass jewelry can last for many years

Loose Jump Rings - It's Not a Fault, It's Normal

Sometimes, the jump ring on a necklace may loosen. However, there's no need to worry – it's not a manufacturing error or a broken necklace.

🔹 Why does this happen?
Jump rings are naturally movable because we wear and move the necklaces, and over time, they may slightly open. This doesn't mean the necklace is broken – simply gently close the ring, and you can continue wearing it.

🔹 Simple Repair Without My Intervention
These jump rings are made from fine surgical steel, so you can easily open and close them yourself as needed. This allows you to: ✔ Close a loose jump ring again.
✔ Swap out the pendant if you want to change the necklace's look.

Many of you have told me that you like changing pendants on the necklaces you get from me – that's why I decided to use customizable jump rings, giving you the option to adjust your jewelry however you like.

However, if you're having trouble closing the jump ring, feel free to contact me, and I'll guide you through it!

⚠️ Claims Due to Allergic Reactions
If you're allergic to costume jewelry and still order a piece made from it, it cannot be claimed due to an error in your selection. So, always check the material mentioned in the product description before purchasing.

💎 Alternatives for Sensitive Skin
If you're allergic to common costume jewelry metals, I offer all my jewelry in safer options such as:
